Every player has a story. Most just never get the chance to tell it. This winter, we're selecting 10 players to join the most exclusive training program in Middle Tennessee, and each one of their seasons will be documented. The Run It Program is an elite, transformational 10-athlete development system that blends high-level training with documentary storytelling to produce the next era of confident, skilled, and mentally strong basketball players.

Film breakdown may be one of the most important part of the game. Being able to actually see yourself on camera is the real truth teller. It allows an athlete to really see how they look and what needs to be cleaned up and worked on a bit more. This will also allow the trainer to point out different scenarios that the player can take if in those specific situations again.

This program will include two customized group sessions a week that will go over specific points and key information that will give our athletes the tools to succeed on the court mentally and physically. These drills will include skill work, ball handling workouts, situational drills and breakdowns, and shooting detail.
We will also include open runs for our players to work on what we train. This way they will be able to transfer what we work on in-game, in real time. This will keep their minds sharp and ready to compete.

Each player's journey will be documented throughout this program with interviews, season games, and open run sessions. We want our athletes to be able to be seen and get as much exposure as possible.
There will be one episode a week featuring top stories and player features covering home life, school ball, practice, struggles, and mindset. We will also include game stats, highlights, and updates.
This training guide will be workouts that every basketball player needs to get to the next level. This personalized workout plan is guaranteed to separate you from the competition and it's something you will have outside of sessions and practice. This guide will include at home workouts such as: skill training workouts, body weight workouts, ball handling drills, shooting drills, and stretching routines.

Scouting will be a vital part in building the specific workout for our athletes. The trainer will be able to go and see how the player reacts within a game setting while being able to calculate percentages from different positions on the floor. (one season game scouted)

Having a great diet plan as an athlete can be beneficial in many ways. Basketball is a sport that has very little breaks which burns a lot of energy (NOT TO MENTION THE WORKOUTS ON TOP OF IT ALL). Getting the right fuel is very important when needing and wanting to perform at your highest level. You will also receive two recipes to add to your plan.
