Waveffect Elementary School Sports Association

PLAY FOR YOUR CITY!

Our mission is to empower elementary students through a basketball league that

promotes athletic skill, character development, academic excellence, and school pride. This league is designed specifically for elementary students (Grades 4th–5th). But it’s more than just sports. Our league uses basketball as a tool to reinforce classroom values, build leadership, improve behavior, and foster team togetherness—on and off the court.

What is Waveffect?

Waveffect is a youth organization and center that provides various programs and services to support the growth and development of young people.

What kind of programs does Waveffect offer?

Waveffect offers a variety of programs, including mentoring, tutoring, leadership development, arts and culture, sports and recreation, and more.

Who can participate in the WESSA program?

All young people between the ages of 9 and 11 (boys and girls) are welcome to participate in the WESSA program.
