This program is guaranteed to help enhance and maintain our athletes gameplay throughout the season. When you sign up, you’ll receive an email to set up a meeting with your trainer to get your schedule and assessment day locked in to build your customized workouts.
This program is strictly for our middle school and high school athletes who want to reach their goals at the start and throughout the season. We have specifically calculated this program for our athletes to see progression by preparing strategically and physically on and off the court.
A lot of times players don't get better because they simply just don't know how. They practice with their teams, but outside of practice they create bad habits because they don't know what they need to work on, or how to work on it. This program is built to mend that gap.
There's a known fact that in order to excel at something, there's a certain amount of work that goes into it. We are going to help our athletes in this program develop a work ethic and set up at home workouts they can do when out of practice or sessions. Jana Baggett and Stephanie Reynolds are the owners of Abundant Life Adventures. They are certified strengthening instructors who specialize in enhancing athletes performance levels mentally and physically. We have created this partnership to ensure that our athletes in this program will be receiving the best training opportunity to excel their game. This will be a game changer for many elite athletes who are serious about excelling at the next level.
This game is all about expanding your imagination and achieving new success at each level of the game. This is the philosophy of the Abundant Life Adventure Gym. It is a place that pushes you to new levels mentally and physically to create a sense of confidence and fierce mentality for athletes to thrive.
Film breakdown may be one of the most important part of the game. Being able to actually see yourself on camera is the real truth teller. It allows an athlete to really see how they look and what needs to be cleaned up and worked on a bit more. This will also allow the trainer to point out different scenarios that the player can take if in those specific situations again. (Four film breakdowns)
This program will include two customized group sessions a week that will go over specific points and key information that will give our athletes the tools to succeed on the court mentally and physically. These drills will include: skill work, ball handling workouts, situational drills and breakdowns, and shooting detail.

This training guide will be workouts that every basketball player needs to get to the next level. This personalized workout plan is guaranteed to separate you from the competition and it's something you will have outside of sessions and practice. This guide will include at home workouts such as: skill training workouts, body weight workouts, ball handling drills, shooting drills, and stretching routines.
Scouting will be a vital part in building the specific workout for our athletes. The trainer will be able to go and see how the player reacts within a game setting while being able to calculate percentages from different positions on the floor. (one season game scouted)
Having a great diet plan as an athlete can be beneficial in many ways. Basketball is a sport that has very little breaks which burns a lot of energy (NOT TO MENTION THE WORKOUTS ON TOP OF IT ALL). Getting the right fuel is very important when needing and wanting to perform at your highest level. You will also receive two recipes to add to your plan.
