These group training sessions are packed with the 3 most important ways to get your athlete to climb to the next level, and we are sharing them with you! They are speed and agility, skills, and performance training. These are the essential factors for your players growth. We believe if you apply these to your everyday workout, within a month, you will begin to see growth and change as a player. Not to mention the boost in confidence! But this all comes down to how hard, you as an athlete, are willing to work to achieve these goals. We are giving you the blueprint, but only you can make it come to life!
By subscribing to the group training sessions. you will be receiving up to 11 in-person workouts to keep your athlete sharp.
Starting November 1st - December 31st get up to 11 group training sessions, one FREE hour tailored individual session.
Starting November 1st - December 31st get up to 8 group training sessions and a FREE 45 minute shooting session.
Starting November 1st - December 31st get up to 6 group training sessions and get one FREE 30 minute impact session.
