Coaching. 

Coaching is also a very important part of building a strong program with the youth. The teams included need strong coaching and teaching and not just yelling and pointing. Parents who are wanting to coach need to be educated about the game, as well, in order to be able to relay the detailed messages to the players. Developing coaches is another venue to be looked upon. 

Classes.  

Being educated about how the game is played and evolving with the game style and game play is a very important factor. Yes, we want to stick with the fundamentals of the game as always, but also introducing different solutions. These classes will consist of teaching coaching strategies, player to coach relationships, basic coaching rules, first-hand close game and end of game situations. Developing of a good coach will help the player mature and grow moving to the next level.
